Are You Serving Patients who Worked at the Nevada Test Site?

Do They Have this DOL White Card? A Long-Term Care Solution for Former Atomic Workers For over a decade, Nuclear Care Partners has helped former atomic workers, including former Nevada Test Site workers, get connected with and maximize their EEOICPA benefits in addition to providing the highest quality of in-home care services.

What is the EEOICPA?

The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) provides compensation and medical benefits to former Department of Energy employees who became ill as a result of working in the atomic weapons industry.

EEOICPA Benefits will supplement the patient’s current health care plan and extend coverage for the approved illness until the end of life. A DOL White Card can cover costs associated with the approved illness including:

●     Doctors’ Visits & Copays

●     Travel for Medical Treatments

●     In-Home Health Care

●     Durable Medical Equipment
